Downloading the app

The DoorTRACE Engineer App is available on the App Store and Google Play. Search for "DoorTRACE" or use the links provided by the FM companies you work with.

Signing in

Sign in with the email address and password from your DoorTRACE invitation. If you haven't received an invitation, contact the FM company you work with.

What's next

Once you're signed in, you'll see your dashboard with assigned jobs. The next guide covers scanning QR tags to identify doors.
